Responsible luxury in Naboisho Conservancy

Set in the 20,000ha Naboisho Conservancy—a initiative spearheaded by Asilia Africa cooperating local landowners with tourism businesses to conserve the unspoiled Kenyan wilderness—the small Naboisho Camp offers modest accommodations.  By showcasing a low-impact yet rich design and by supporting this conservation campaign, the camp hopes to have a good influence.

Under the cover of acacia trees, visitors can see one of the biggest concentrations of lions in the world, with a great pride of 20 lions residing on the conservancy.  Situated in a migratory route, the conservancy also provides visitors the chance to see magnificent herds of zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, and elephant.  On night drives, bush walks, and cultural excursions, well-informed guides accompany visitors.

The emphasis on conservation and environmental duty reaches the lodging itself: covered en-suite Tented Suites.  Though built with the environment in mind, Naboisho has made sure visitors remain securely placed in the lap of luxury.  From the king-size beds in every suite, one may gaze out onto the amazing Kenyan environment via big screen windows.
