A retreat to the Serengeti with Kati Kati Tented Camp

Situated at the base of a hill within the stunning Serengeti Plains, Kati Kati Tented Camp offers guests direct access to this remarkable wildlife locale and nearby sites, including the Grumeti River, renowned for the Great Migration, and the Olduvai Gorge Museum, which showcases the history of prehistoric humans.

Investigate the wildlife-abundant center Serengeti during game drives; this region is a great location for observing cheetahs on the huge open grasslands.  Depending on your location, visit a nearby Maasai hamlet to gain insights into the tribe’s culture and traditions.  The camp operates year-round, with the exception of April, and is just a mere two-hour picturesque drive from the Olduvai Gorge Museum and Grumeti River, renowned for its fossilized remnants of ancient civilizations.

The eight spacious tents and an extra family tent preserve an original safari ambiance, each equipped with either a king-size bed or two twin beds, and include an en-suite bathroom.  The camp is environmentally sustainable and operates on solar illumination.  Guests may congregate around the campfire for evening drinks or unwind in the mess tent before to enjoying local and foreign cuisine, either indoors or al fresco.
