Adjacent to a hippopotamus lagoon in the Okavango Delta
The stone-and-thatch chalets of Mapula Lodge, elevated on platforms, are situated on a tree island at the boundary of a seasonal floodplain, providing a view of a permanent lagoon. Located in the Mapula Reserve private concession in the northern Okavango Delta, the resort offers tourists diverse game watching and an array of safari activities.

Specialized birdwatching and picture expeditions are offered.
This cozy camp comprises nine canvas-and-thatch en-suite tents, including romantic elements such as outdoor showers, traditional zinc baths, expansive mesh windows, and private patios overlooking the lagoon.
