Exclusive Safari in Tarangire National Park
Sanctuary Swala Camp is situated in a secluded area of Tarangire National Park, enveloped by towering acacia trees near the periphery of the Gurusi marshes. The camp provides guests with a secluded safari retreat, featuring intimate wildlife interactions amidst the vast savannah landscapes of authentic untamed Africa.
The dry season signifies the migration of species to the Tarangire River, attracting both prey and predators to its vital waters. Observe kudu and oryx quenching their thirst while a tree-climbing lion sits in ambush. Embark aboard a 4×4 vehicle for exceptional wildlife observation or navigate the landscape on foot. The park, hosting around 550 avian species, is an ideal destination for birdwatchers.
The twelve opulent tented accommodations include an open-plan layout, equipped with king or twin beds, sumptuous lounges, and an en-suite bathroom featuring both indoor and outdoor showers. A private verandah offers vistas of the waterhole, visited by lions, leopards, and the local elephant herd. The thatched central space, located beneath the shade of a baobab tree, encompasses the eating area, lounge, terrace, and a small library.
