Elephants and aardvarks at Savuti Camp Savuti Camp is situated in the exclusive Linyati Concession, adjacent to the renowned Savute Channel in Botswana.  Water, as the essential sustenance of our planet, is a limited resource, particularly in this region.  For numerous years, the Savute Channel remained desiccated, until 2008, when water reemerged, accompanied by a plethora of wildlife.  The waterway is currently dry once more; yet, the wildlife persists, as Savute serves as a crucial corridor connecting the mopane trees.

 Linyati is inhabited by several creatures, including a substantial number of elephants, giraffes, leopards, lions, cheetahs, black-backed jackals, wild dogs, and the exceedingly rare aardvark and aardwolf.  Guests may partake in game drives, nocturnal drives, nature walks, boat trips, fishing, and birdwatching. Additionally, an elevated hide for photography is available, which may be converted into a star bed upon request.

The camp features luxurious lodging of seven expansive walk-in tents, including one elevated family unit.  Additional amenities comprise a thatched eating area, a pool with a river view, and an expansive observation deck featuring a fire pit that offers splendid vistas of the surrounding landscape.
