Discover Kafue from an aerial perspective

Envision this: you are on safari; however, rather of traversing the terrain in a 4×4, you are soaring above the expansive plains in a hot air balloon.  At Shumba Camp in Kafue National Park, that is just what you can accomplish.

 Lions, cheetahs, and wild dogs inhabit this area, while genets, civets, owls, and leopards dominate the nocturnal hours.  Bird-watchers will have abundant opportunities, with 491 species of avifauna documented in this location.  Day and night open-vehicle game drives are given, while hot-air balloon safaris, accessible from August to October, provide a panoramic view of the plains in their full glory.
